Chetan B. Unecha is the founder of the Firm, he established the firm in the year 2019. He is a Commerce Graduate with Post-Graduation Qualification from University of Pune and Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi and studied diploma in cyber laws from Government Law College Mumbai.
Chetan B. Unecha has colossal knowledge and experience in dealing with matters relating to Company Law, Securities Laws, Investments, Legal Due Diligence, Transaction documents, Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations, Technology Transfers, Corporate Restructuring, Foreign Exchange Management Laws, Labour Laws, and other legal areas of corporate interest.
